So recently I’ve recommitted myself to the effort of writing. I took a break for a lot of reasons. Losing my mother was probably chief among them. Something about losing the person who’s been your pillar all your life has a way of making you topple over and struggle to reevaluate things. I’d also taken a break so I could invest some energy into other efforts.

But now I’m back at it. And this time in a genre that feels right and with a personal challenge to myself. To write a book in 30 days. So far so good. I’ve been making some good progress. Even with a four day drill in the way I’m doing pretty good. Hoping to paste some snippets soon. Stay tuned.
